Holy Butt Cramp

My butt is taking me back to a conversation I had yesterday at the gym.

Trainer:  Your backside and legs are going to be sore tomorrow from all this workout.
Me:  I’ll try not to whine too much.  I'm getting better at working through it!
Fast forward to today:
Ouuuuuchhhhhh!

  1. Uhhh, your title got me here. I used to suffer from honest-to-god butt charlie horses!! OW!!! The doc diagnosed them as "Lavadar" cramps from the internal muscles going into charlie horses. Speak of the devil and he appears...Here's hoping I never get one of THOSE again.
